MILK PROTEIN ALERGY AND
SYMPTOMS OF MILK PROTEIN ALERGIES
Milk protein or lactose – the milk sugar is considered as one of
the most commonly reported milk alergic reactions which could
also be described as the adverse reaction to the cow milk or
even goat and sheep milk.
The lactose are required to be broken down with the help of
enzyme known as lactase for getting absorbed in the human body.
However, some people do not generate adequate lactase for such
functions. Since the digestive system is unable to break such
raw lactose in absence of lactase, it starts reacting and
develops symptoms such as stomach pains, bloating, vomiting and
diarrhea.
For the general people the milk allergy could mean as the
reaction to milk proteins like casein which could be highly
troublesome for average human-being to digest. Otherwise, the
digestive system may not be working appropriately so somewhat
digested proteins may cross the stomach walls and develop the
undesirable immune reactions leading to several symptoms or
triggering others.
